Privacy policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Your privacy is a trust. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Sayla's website and services, how we use and protect it, and your rights over it, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

01Data we collect

Account data: your name, email, and password (encrypted) when you create an account.

Contact data: what you enter in the contact form — name, email, phone, and project details.

Payment data: processed entirely by the payment provider (Stripe or Moyasar) over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card number on our servers. We keep only the transaction reference, status, and amount.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.

02How we use your data

To fulfill your orders, manage subscriptions, issue invoices, answer inquiries, and notify you about your account or service.

To improve the site and services and analyze usage in aggregate form that does not identify you.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, and we don't use it for external marketing without your explicit consent.

03Sharing with processors

We rely on trusted providers to run the platform: Supabase for database hosting and authentication, and Stripe or Moyasar for payment processing. These providers meet global security and encryption standards and only receive the data necessary to perform their function.

We may disclose data where required by law or by a competent judicial authority in the Kingdom.

04Cookies

We use essential cookies to run sessions and secure sign-in. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. You can set your browser to reject non-essential cookies, noting this may break sign-in.

05Security & retention

Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS) and is stored with providers applying strict access controls. We retain your data while your account is active or as required by accounting and tax regulations in the Kingdom, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

06Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing, by contacting us at hello@sayla.sa. We respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with the PDPL.

07Changes & contact
