Paid advertising

Paid advertising management on Snapchat, TikTok, Meta and Google

In real estate and the home, a successful ad isn't measured by how many people saw it, but by how many got in touch: a message, a call, a viewing request or a showroom visit.

We set up, run and optimise your campaigns on the platforms where your customers search and discover — and review every campaign weekly with a clear decision, so no riyal is spent on an ad that isn't working.

What's included

  1. 01

    Campaign strategy and setup

We define the goal, audience, channels and budget split, and set up the accounts and tracking for every enquiry's source.

  2. 02

    Audience targeting

By city, district, interests and search intent — not one ad for everyone.

  3. 03

    Platform-native ad creative

Ads designed for each platform and its audience, not one version posted everywhere.

  4. 04

    Continuous ad testing

We test several messages, designs and audiences, so we know from evidence what works before raising the budget.

  5. 05

    Clear reporting: spend and results

What was spent, how many enquiries came in, the cost of each, and what we decided for every campaign.

How we work

The weekly review

  1. 1Every campaign starts with a testing phase: several audiences and several ads on measured budgets.
  2. 2Every week we review each campaign with one decision: keep it, fix it, scale it or stop it.
  3. 3We raise budgets only on what has proven it brings qualified enquiries.
  4. 4What we learn from enquiries feeds back into the next messages and designs.
To be clear

To be clear

  • Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform, separate from our fee.
  • We don't judge success on views and clicks alone — the measure is a qualified enquiry.
  • We don't guarantee a number in a market we don't control; we guarantee the work, the method and transparent reporting.

Property ads need a licence

Advertising a property in Saudi Arabia requires a real estate advertising licence issued on the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) platform; one requirement is a brokerage contract that includes a marketing scope.

FAQ

Paid advertising FAQ

  • No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform (Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Google) and is separate from our fee unless agreed otherwise in writing. Our fee covers management and execution.

  • There's no single best platform: it depends on who buys from you, what you sell and where they look. Someone searching for a contractor or a kitchen in their city usually arrives through Google, while someone discovering a project or a design usually arrives through visual content on TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram. We set the budget split in the proposal, then adjust it based on results.

  • Yes. Advertising a property requires a real estate advertising licence issued on the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) platform for use on other advertising channels; one requirement is a brokerage contract that includes a marketing scope. Current details and fees are on REGA's website.

  • Yes, we need management access to your ad accounts. Because the budget is paid by you directly to the platform, the accounts stay in your name.

  • We don't promise a date, because results depend on budget, market and the offer itself. Campaigns start with a testing phase across ads and audiences; then we scale what proves itself and stop what doesn't.
