Refund policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
We build on clarity — this policy states exactly when and how payments can be refunded, for both monthly subscriptions and one-time packages.
01Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle, and the remainder of the current cycle is non-refundable.
First-subscription satisfaction exception: if this is your first Sayla subscription and execution hasn't actually started (no content published, no campaigns launched), you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
Unwanted auto-renewals: contact us within 72 hours of the renewal and before new-cycle work begins, and we'll refund it in full.
02One-time packages (e.g., launch campaign)
Before work starts: 100% refund at any time prior to kickoff.
After kickoff but before the first major deliverable: 50% refund of the package value.
After the first major deliverable (e.g., campaign strategy or ads go-live): non-refundable; agreed revision rounds continue within the package scope.
03What this policy doesn't cover
Ad budgets paid directly to platforms (Snap, TikTok, Meta, Google) — these follow the platforms' own policies.
Third-party fees purchased on your behalf at your request (domains, hosting, templates, font/photo licenses).
Work already completed and delivered within the agreed scope.
04How to request a refund & timelines
Email hello@sayla.sa from your account email, stating the order reference and reason. We review and reply within 5 business days.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–14 business days depending on your bank and the payment provider.
05Special cases
If we cannot deliver a purchased service for a reason attributable to us, we refund it in full or substitute an equivalent service by mutual agreement.
Refund requests based on a change of mind after delivery is complete, or on marketing outcomes not guaranteed in writing, are not accepted.
Owner note: replace the bracketed [ ] fields with your legal details (legal name, CR number, email) before launch. These pages are carefully drafted but do not replace review by a legal advisor.
